I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I have worked with a variety of clients over the past 11 years in clinical and community healthcare. I believe counseling is a working partnership designed to maximize healthy self-development. My approach is goal-oriented and practical to what my clients bring, using my skills in CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Brief Focused Therapy, biographical work and, through Clinical Hypnosis, to help them heal from trauma and realize their full potential. Over the past several years, I have worked to help people reprocess past trauma and post-traumatic stress. I prefer to combine different modes in therapy, according to whatever my client feels helps them to heal and/or grow. I recognize and affirm my clients’ unique gifts and challenges, and support them in their efforts to become fuller human beings.
