I'm David Benavidez. Throughout my time as a therapist, I have come to learn to see myself as a relationship consultant. It's been my experience that people often lose connection with not only others but themselves during their struggles. I hope to help people assess and restore those connections, while exploring the potential to enhance the quality of those bonds.

I a draw from both modern and postmodern approaches, mostly utilizing collaborative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy in conjunction with one another. I also draw from the font on Jungian psychology to add perspective to my client's situations.

I've been in the business for six years- I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Therapy can feel like a daunting process, but I will treat you with respect and empathy each step of the way. I also have availability on weekends on request.
