I enjoy working with clients that need help navigating through different types of trauma, depression, anxiety, and overall functioning. I aim to find realistic and attainable solutions to your various problems for each client. As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, I seek to change in each client I encounter; that change is based on your goals. I am a great listener who can meet each client where they are and lead them to where they want to be. Trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and Brainspotting, I adhere to Counseling standards to ensure clients can realize, understand, and take control of the change they encounter.
