I am Datonna Cross and I am so glad you are here! I learned long ago that time does not heal us in-and-of itself, but rather it's what we do with that time that makes all of the difference. Whether navigating a difficult life transition, loss, relationship struggles or trying to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction...now will always be the perfect time to start or continue on your journey to healing. I specialize in holistic and integrative therapeutic approaches to include Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and other methods necessary to provide comprehensive treatment to address each client as whole (mind and body). I have more than 10 years of experience learning to understand and treat a multitude of mental health conditions and unexpected life circumstances. I have served people of all walks of life and meet each client where they are without judgment and assist in creating a road map from where each client is-to where they want to be.
