My practice is dedicated to helping those who have been bullied, mistreated and those who have had a hard time dealing with loss of relationships. If you are feeling anxious and fearful. You don't have to deal with it alone. Let's find solutions together.

I have a graduate degree in Counseling and have extra specializations in grief counseling and career modalities. I also have an emphasis in child and adolescent therapy which can make me a great fit for parents who might need to talk about their families. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and a member at large of the Michigan Mental Health Counseling Association. I am a mental health writer and contributor to many publications including MetroParent Magazine. I am a LPC (which means licensed professional counselor) and I have my NCC (which means I am a National Certified Counselor).

I am the president and founder of Professionals Against Bullying and offer consultation to those who experience workplace related bullying and relational aggression.
I have recently gained an additional license to temporarily extend help to clients in the New Jersey area due to the needs in this global pandemic.
