I have extensive experience providing counseling services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings. My approach includes a mix of practical cognitive and behavioral strategies, together with dialectical behavioral treatment (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic insights. I am trained in EMDR and I am a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. This flexible combination allows me to provide very specific and effective treatment for clients.
