I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 4 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals and I address Addiction / Substance Abuse, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Mood Disorder, Post-traumatic stress. My hope is that each client that comes to me for guidance will walk away feeling like a healthier version of themselves. I have a wide range of experience that include substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. Therapy with me is collaborative which means we are a team ready to work together on making progress. I use CBT and DBT skills though I will always cater to what a specific individual needs when they walk through the door.
