I am a license professional counselor with over 12 years of experience. I have worked with many clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety depression, PTSD, relationship issues, ADHD and adjustment disorders. Also I've help others who have experience grief and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is open and inviting. I help individuals achieve goals and objectives at their on pace, providing comfort through ones' trying and difficult time. My approach are client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive and reality therapy. I will tailor to your treatment plan and goals to meet your specific and unique needs.
