Darlene is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana and a Certified Professional Coach with over 15 years of experience in listening to and connecting with people to help them grow, change, heal and reach personal and professional goals. She has provided valuable individual, family and relationship counseling on an outpatient basis, in residential treatment facilities, on crisis hotlines, in domestic violence shelters and in manufacturing plants. Darlene offers a warm and welcoming environment while addressing a variety of concerns including stress management, leadership development, anxiety, depression and eating-related disorders. Using methods that help adjust or fine-tune thinking, calm emotions and tap into strengths, Darlene supports clients in becoming more effective at exploring, finding and creating solutions to begin to thrive and better cope with life.
