About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked with families facing struggles with marital concerns, and parenting issues. I have also worked with those who have struggled with a wide range of mental health concerns which have included depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-image/esteem and behavioral concerns.

I work to foster a supportive and comfortable therapeutic relationship to promote positive changes in areas that clients are looking to explore and change. I work with clients to identify treatment plan goals to work towards throughout treatment.

I understand that making the decision to engage in treatment and making that call can be difficult. Once you have made that decision, you have made a powerful choice in taking the journey to help yourself.
