Hi, I’m Darcy. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, trauma and abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My primary approaches to treatment combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and solution-focused counseling. Therapy should be individualized and tailored, therefore, our sessions and treatment plan will be specific for your needs.
