Oftentimes we have learned to cope in ways that are no longer effective. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to help you move from “Dis-ease” towards Ease, “Dis-connection” towards Connection, “Dis-comfort” toward Comfort. To move from trudging through life, or feeling stuck, towards thriving. I would love to help you navigate the challenges you are facing. The goal of therapy is to feel empowered to find healing and solutions to navigate life and live more in the present.
For over 26 years, I have provided therapeutic interventions in various settings, including Child Welfare, the VA, the DOD, and hospitals. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with issues pertaining to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addictions, and perinatal mental health. I am trained in EMDR and EFT.
