I have over 15 years experience in counseling. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is fundamental and should be based on trust and mutual respect. Maya Angelou said, "People don't always remember what you say or even what you do, but they always remember how you made them feel." My goal as your therapist is to hear you, understand you and help you reach your goals. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, change in life concerns and addiction. The treatment approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness with a humanistic approach.
