My roots as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT) and 6 years as a supervisor of a family therapy program have influenced how I treat the individual. Your life experience and circumstances have shaped you into a complex, multifaceted being, with unique needs for self-actualization. My tailored process combines behavioral change strategies, mindfulness techniques and validation.
