If you are here, you are likely feeling frustrated, fearful or challenged right now. It takes strength and courage to ask for help; I know this isn't easy. I believe every person has the potential to grow and change and I am here to support you, not to judge you. If you are ready, I am here to help. Sometimes taking that first step can seem lonely, overwhelming or intimidating. I can help to make your journey for change less overwhelming. I will be here as a source of truth, hope, and support, while witnessing the full spectrum of your journey.
Your circumstances may stem from stress, relationships, substance use, trauma, anxiety or depression; it is my belief that all systems have strengths and I am committed to helping identify goals and values; to assist you in determining the tools and skills needed to reach those goals. It would be my privilege to walk with you though this growth process.
One of the greatest honors of my life is assisting people on their journey towards wholeness and healing. I see great strengths in every person who comes into my counseling office, even if they yet cannot. Through the process of counseling, I help individuals recognize their unique strengths and mobilize those strengths to increase meaning in your life.
I was educated in a diverse setting in Southern California and have been practicing for over 20 years. I specialize in working with individuals with emotional challenges, relationship issues and substance use disorder.
