I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified TeleMental Health professional. I have served the good people of the State of Mississippi for 24 years both in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and in a private clinical practice. I have worked with patients and clients with a wide range of issues including depression, bipolar, anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, as well as, all types of relationship issues

I have a laid back therapeutic style in relating to my clients. I believe that people respond best to unconditional positive regard and a genuine interest in them as individuals and in their concerns. I told someone recently that I am in the business of helping people solve problems. My therapeutic approach is heavily steeped in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
