My name is Daniesha Perry, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Professional who specializes in helping people dealing with anxiety and stress. I work with clients to find ways to reduce overall stress and promote their personal wellness from the inside out. I’ve had great success with my clients by incorporating clinically tested and evidence-based interventions that include CBT, mindfulness and effective relaxation techniques to help not only reduce anxiety, but to also become a catalyst for overall better mental health and well-being.

When you work with me our session will be in a non-judgmental, warm and caring environment. My goal is to always put you at ease and make you feel safe. Most importantly, my definition of victory is to help you overcome your anxiety and stress issues. We will work together as a team to determine the best approach for you. Not only will you learn powerful coping skills, but I’ll also help guide you to greater self-discovery. You’ll come away with more confidence, less stress and anxiety, and personal motivation to take full control of your life with less fear.
