Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here because this means that you’ve taken a big step in your healing and investing in your future. My favorite part in this journey is building a therapeutic relationship and learning about your strengths that make you who you are. I have extensive experience in working with individuals that struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, substance abuse, relationship conflict, life transitions, and grief. When these things come up, it can be difficult to even feel like yourself or find the energy and passion to work toward your goals. I’d love to partner with you and help you find your spark again. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their underlying reasons that may contribute to these symptoms. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness strategies to aid in bringing relief of common stressors and mental health symptoms.
