Hi, I'm Danielle Taft, a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania. Do you notice that you've been feeling overwhelmed and worried? Maybe you just don't feel like yourself and you want a new direction? I work with individuals who are struggling to adapt to the changes in their lives and those facing stress, anxiety, depression, and work-related concerns. I believe that everyone is equipped with unique strengths, abilities, and skills. And I know that at times we need support to overcome the challenges that emerge in our lives.
