There are a lot of unknowns in the world today that exacerbate day to day life stressors. As a Clinician, my goal is to help you learn skills that will enable you to better manage stressors so that you can live a happy and fulfilling life. If you are ready to look at the whole picture, identify what is not working, and learn new skills to make improvements, I am here to provide the knowledge and support you need. I have been practicing for eight years and have experience working in an inpatient program, partial hospitalization program, family advocacy on a military installation, and treating individuals in an outpatient setting. In these settings I treated anxiety, depression, anger, and various forms of trauma ranging from childhood abuse to combat-related personality disorders (PTSD). I work with adults 18 years and older.
