"Hello, and welcome! I am so glad that you are here, looking to make a change in your life. I know how scary it can be to get started, so I am here to make this process as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. I empower individuals to work through issues related to their childhood and families of origin, which can have a profound impact on your life as an adult. I use skills-based approaches to help individuals with depression and anxiety. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about helping queer, trans, and gender non-conforming individuals heal and pursue their goals. I provide letters for gender affirming surgeries and medical treatment using a sliding scale to ensure that everyone has access to the life-saving care they need. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and am experienced in working with birthing individuals and their partners throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. I also have extensive training in couples therapy, and enjoy working with couples and polycules to improve communication, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction. I am affirming of the consensual non-monogamy and kink communities as well."
