I wholeheartedly believe that a client is an expert in their own life. As a therapist, I will be completely present, offer my experience, skills, and passion for facilitating healing and growth. My ideal client is one who is willing to look at treatment as teamwork and collaboration between a client and therapist. Together we can embark on a personalized journey of wellness, that may look different from client to client. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered and Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner. I utilize an eclectic approach based on each client's individual needs. My training has been influenced by psychodynamic and client-centered theory. It is my top priority to create a safe space for clients seeking help to be seen, heard, and honored.
