There is an unfortunate stigma that seeking therapy is a weakness. In my experience it is nothing short of the bravest thing anyone can do for themselves. Asking for help when you need it is a strength that needs to be acknowledged and celebrated! I have a passion for helping those who have taken that difficult first step to get the help they want. I am honest, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I believe that it is my job to empower you to think, feel, and act in the ways that you want to. I can't wait to get started!
