I believe that every individual, if given the proper support, can find a path to their own personal success. My philosophy is to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and acceptance. I work from a strength-based approach to help you build on your existing strengths while also learning new ways of thinking and behaving. My work is informed by multiple schools of thought and incorporates cognitive behavioral and solution focused techniques. I aim not just to help you feel better, but to facilitate self-awareness and growth to live more fully.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and am a native New Yorker with 6+ years of clinical experience. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self esteem, identity development, relationship struggles, trauma, career challenges and eating concerns. I have specialized training and experience working with young adults and the college population. I believe in your ability to get through the most difficult of circumstances, and I would be pleased to support you in your growth and change.
