I have worked with both adult and adolescent populations with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, codependency, anxiety, stress, depression, and mood disorders, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence, behavioral problems, developmental disabilities, vocational difficulties, sexual offense histories, severe and persistent mental illness, and personality disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work best with clients who are motivated to put in the work it takes to make sustainable changes so they are able to live their life in a way that is meaningful to them.
