I am licensed in California with 13 years of professional work experience. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Boston University and completed my master's at University of Southern California. Outside of my private practice, I serve as Clinical Director for a drug and alcohol treatment center. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My goal in therapy is to facilitate a collaborative process while providing individualized care. I can help guide you through the therapeutic process, identify underlying issues, and build off of your personal strengths to reach your goals.
