I am licensed in Washington with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings over the past 5 years, all spent in community mental health. I began my work with youth in court recovery program, followed by work in a school setting. I continued on working with adults in between in jail re-entry, as well as providing high level services to individuals experiencing chronic and severe mental illness. From there, I worked with youth and families in wraparound services, providing crisis support, individual and family support. I transitioned back into a crisis responder role and continue supporting individuals in the community. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that you are the director of your life. It takes an immense amount of courage to reach out and share things that have cause pain and or challenges in your life. I am beyond grateful to have the experience of walking alongside of you in that process.
