I am a licensed therapist in California with a masters degree in psychology. I love being a therapist and working with clients to improve their emotional wellness and relationships. I am honored to do this work and am dedicated to my clients. I believe that every person can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. I focus primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based therapy interventions, though I often incorporate tools from other treatment modalities as well. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, codependency, parenting issues, and relationship issues.
