Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I am also a Board Certified Music Therapist. I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Music Therapy from Lesley University in 2016. My specialty is in working with families and children with special needs and/or developmental delays. I am passionate about providing guidance for caregivers and families with children with special needs. I offer coaching on how to be an advocate for your child with special needs as well as providing emotional support in the struggles of daily living. My experience in working with clients varies from autism, down syndrome, attachment disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, family dynamics, adjustment to life changes, grief/loss, and postpartum depression.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and approachable. I believe in treating anyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. My therapeutic background combines expressive therapies, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and humanistic therapy. With the use of these therapies, we will develop a treatment plan together that meets your specific needs and goals. In addition, I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is important to the process, therefore we will take time to ensure that I am a right fit for you. It takes courage to take the steps to start counseling and I am here to honor that by walking beside you, listening, supporting, and strategizing with you on your journey.
