About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over 10 years of experience working with children, adults and families. I specialize in maternal mental health, family systems and individual personal development. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, familial relationship issues, and career difficulties. I have worked with many people who may have experienced trauma or abuse in their childhood, and they desire to do the work to heal as an adult.

I believe that therapy is to be treated like a relationship, meaning it only thrives with mutual respect, honesty, hard work and dedication. My approach to therapy is eclectic and based on the need of the individual or family I am serving. I have experience with various approaches including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic and solution focused.

It is through connections that we are able to learn more about ourselves and the world around us. I believe that every connection in life serves a purpose and I am here to connect with you during this pivotal moment of choosing a more fulfilling life.
