I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or individuals adapting to changes to feel more in control of their symptoms. In addition, I have experience working with adolescents and young adolescents with various issues or concerns that include depression, anxiety, trauma, foster care, behavioral concerns, impulse related concerns, and other mood-related concerns. I am currently seeing individuals ranging in ages from 11 and up to adult. I am currently seeing clients both in person at my Lexington location and in telehealth for Kentucky residents.
