Hi! I'm Danielle. I'm so glad you're here!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Charlotte, North Carolina with 8 years of experience. I have a special interest in providing support to women who are young adults, including those who consider themselves college age, young professionals, newly married/partnered, or in a young family season of life. I use research based strategies and interventions to help people who are experiencing things like, work stress and burnout, relationship problems, adjustment issues to life changes, grief and bereavement, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, and spiritual frustration.

I offer a relaxed virtual counseling environment where we work collaboratively to create and move toward personalized mental health goals, often using practical interventions to make positive changes. As an integrative counselor, I use approaches from several counseling theories in order to provide a personalized experience, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. I also integrate faith based counseling from a Christian perspective when requested.
