Helping people be true to who they are is why I do what I do. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 14+ years of experience. I have worked in many different settings from clinical partial hospitalization programs to wellness coaching in the corporate world. It is important to look at all aspects of our lives (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) when we are fostering change. I use a holistic approach to help people improve the quality of their lives, primarily cognitive behavioral therapy which I have found to be helpful for almost any issue. Mindfulness is also important and a natural part of therapy. I am also trained in alternative therapy, including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and am not afraid to look outside-the-box for a solution. My work is all about empowering you to take charge of your life and being the best you that you can be.
