Hello, my name is Danielle. I am licensed in New York, Florida, and Michigan with over 25 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach with individuals of all ages. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting stress, and career challenges. I have also helped many people who have experienced family and generational trauma as well as grief and loss. My counseling style is warm, reflective, and encouraging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and openness. I believe everyone is doing the best they can. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, dialectical behavior therapy with a blend of mindfulness, energy psychology, and psycho-education.
