My experience has been working with adolescents, adults and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and/or trauma. I also have educational background and experience working in the field of addiction counseling. I enjoy celebrating uniqueness and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth and holistic approach to counseling tailored to each individual client’s needs. I provide a safe space for clients who feel “stuck” and who want to live a happier and more balanced life. I incorporate both CBT and DBT skills to help clients implement healthy coping mechanisms in times of stress. I understand that looking for help can be a huge step in managing mental health and overall emotional well-being. I can provide a safe space, guidance, comfort, and support to those ready to begin or continue on your journey.
