I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health including extensive training and experience providing counseling services to a diverse clientele with everyday struggles as well as individuals with significant mental health concerns.

My specialty is working with adult clients who may struggle with life transitions, emotional stressors, career issues, work/life balance concerns, depression, and interpersonal/relationship conflict. This includes a special emphasis on the unique challenges of women face.
