Welcome, my name is Danielle and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York and New Jersey with 12 years of professional work experience. My specialties are in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem/confidence building, schizophrenia and addiction.

We all experience difficult life moments. I believe counseling is a powerful tool that can allow for the opportunity of growth and change. My approach is to work with my clients collaboratively through a warm and interactive environment to improve quality of life and achieve personal goals. The orientation to which I practice is through evidenced based techniques such as CBT, Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy. I am dedicated to impart psycho-education, skills and coping tools that can assist in the change process.
