The life you have isn’t the life you planned. You’re overwhelmed. The constant grind of work, school and taking care of others leaves you feeling depleted and stuck. The stress of the daily demands has you irritable, anxious, sad and wondering how or when you will get it all done. The small things set you off. Relationships are strained and you have difficulty connecting with others. You can’t keep going at this pace but unsure how to make a change.
It takes courage to start therapy. Developing skills to build the inner confidence needed to face any challenge is the focus of treatment. My primary goal is to help my clients bring balance and peace in everyday life. We all have an inner voice and wisdom that seeks health, happiness and a new way of living. Anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and trauma can drown out the trust in ourselves. Together we will help you reconnect to your inner voice and discover your true-life plan.

I enjoy working with individuals across the life span and I am comfortable with diverse populations, in particular members of the LGBTQ community. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness strategies.
