Hello! My name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing therapy services to individuals. I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including: inpatient counselling , outpatient care, and managing a private practice in both New Jersey and Connecticut. I work with clients affected by depression, anxiety, life transitions, Womens' issues, and pregnancy/postpartum.

Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Milford, Connecticut in the spring of 2019 to continue my work in therapy. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work at Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey and my Masters degree in Social Work at Columbia University.

My counseling style is collaborative and supportive. I believe that each of my clients has their own individual needs, and that there is no single approach to a therapeutic experience. My counseling technique combines CBT, DBT, mindfulness and person-centered.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I practice yoga as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I also enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with my husband, daughters and golden doodle Daisy!
