I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in South Carolina with 5 years of professional work experience. My specialty areas include anxiety and trauma, but I also have experience with relationship issues, and general life transitions. I know trauma work can be really tough, but the hardest part for most of my clients is getting up the courage to re experience their trauma all over again in order to find healing. I offer flexible treatment options to help you find healing in the way that feels most comfortable for you. I prioritize your present stability over processing the past. I use trauma informed models including CPT and DBT. I also utilize Narrative Therapy and CBT. The most important part of therapy is having a good relationship with your therapist. I work really hard to provide a safe, comfortable environment for you to feel understood and heard. We will work as a team to help you take back control over your life and your healing.
