I believe that the most powerful tool in therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I bring to our relationship over a decade of experience in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings helping adults, children, and families overcome emotional barriers in school, work, relationships, and parenting. What is your approach to therapy? Pulling from a variety of modalities including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, I engage new clients with empathy and warmth. You'll feel safe in this space while we work towards your goals, and hopefully even share a few laughs along the way. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Life experiences lead to unhealthy habits that impact our ability to cope well under stress.
