I'm here because I believe that so many of us have been taught that our struggles should be private. We have been conditioned to think that getting support somehow makes us weak, and yet, needing support is the most universally human experience out there.
So, human to human, I'm here to help.
I believe in more accepting and less fixing. I believe in more self compassion and less self destruction. And most importantly, I believe we all deserve to live mindful, meaningful lives.
