I enjoy challenging my clients by encouraging a space to deepen one’s thinking and increase self-awareness. I am passionate and dedicated in helping others have the life they desire. I believe everyone can heal from anything that they have experienced. Often, as humans we have the tendency to operate from an emotional state of mind, whether we are guided by positive or negative emotions. I enjoy challenging my clients to practice more objectivity in their day to day lives and in their thinking. I have participated in helping people overcome concerns including life stressors, relationship problems, addictions, disordered eating, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression or any other issue that is getting in the way of living and experiencing more peace and fulfillment. I am guided in my experience as a Bowen Family Systems therapist.
