Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and our problems can be all consuming, leaving us with a sense of helplessness. With the help of counseling, it is my hope that stability and balance can be renewed. I offer a judgement free environment where you can feel heard and accepted, a place where you can find the tools you need in order to achieve balance and regain control of your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience in mental health counseling. In my practice I use different approaches tailored to each individual to include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, informed dialectical behavior therapy (informed DBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution focused therapy. In addition, I believe in the importance of all around health to include body wellness and mindfulness. Healing starts with this first step and I’d be honored to embark on this journey with you.
