Hi there! It’s my goal in this therapy practice to help individuals experiencing depression and anxiety to regain groundedness and develop coping skills that will assist them in creating authentic, fulfilling lives on their own terms. I enjoy fostering a space that’s gender-affirming and body positive, as well as sex-positive and kink-friendly/affirming. I also strive to provide a warm, supportive and judgment-free space that is culture-affirming and trauma-informed, with an understanding that you are the expert on your life. Through my clinical work, I’ve discovered a passion for working with folks who experience high functioning depression and anxiety, intergenerational and/or developmental trauma, or who struggle with disordered eating, body image, and self-esteem concerns. I bring in skills from different therapy modalities that facilitate healing, grounding, and clarity. Trying to navigate the mental health systems in our community can be overwhelming.
