We are a whole world. Therapy is about mapping out, traveling to, and learning from all of the places we have inside of us. We can choose the places we call home, the places we visit sometimes, and the places we bring closure to as time goes on. My job as a therapist is to help you explore how your life experiences, influential relationships, and core beliefs continue to play a part in your everyday life. I’ve found that if we can work together to visit uncomfortable places long enough to find calm and to start to look around, we’ll see that every life event has the important insight to keep present as we live out new experiences. I work with children and adults as they go through times of struggle, growth, and restoration by offering evidence-based resources and a Christ-centered approach to those who wish to incorporate their faith in their counseling journey. Qualifications: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I was able to earn my Master’s degree in 2008 from Palm Beach Atlantic, a Christian University which offered a specialization in Biblical foundations for Counseling work, and in 2013, I also completed my Doctor of Education degree from Argosy University, which gave me the opportunity to focus on child development as an area of study.
