I have worked with over a 200 people to successfully reduce stress, get rid of their anxiety, depression, and to improve their self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. I help people by providing a safe space to express emotions and feelings, by giving perspective into their situation, and by teaching concrete skills to improve the quality of their life and relationships. My specialties are in anxiety and interpersonal relationships/marriage counseling.
