I welcome you! My name is Daniel Leone and I work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My experience is focused mainly on relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use. Therapy will provide you with the space and safety to talk about your traumas, struggles and concerns without judgement. My approach My approach to therapy is based on mainly on Attachment Theory, Psycho-dynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma- Focused CBT and Existential Psychotherapy. My focus As a therapist I had the opportunity to work with kids (9 to 12), teens, adults and couples. My communication style My goal is to provide a safe environment with a very warm approach; empathy, low tone of voice, calmness and at the same time curious about my clients' life story. My therapy session are very dynamic. I ask many of questions to my clients with the purpose to find the source of the problem.
