Life brings questions and changes that may at first feel uncomfortable, but can be a catalyst for growth with the proper environment and support. We all develop questions about life and choice and sometimes it helps to have an objective outlook to effectively make decisions. I would like to assist you on your journey through support and insight.

I have provided community based counseling for over ten years and have begun providing services in a more private setting. I have worked with individuals with trauma, anxiety and depression utilizing evidence based therapies. My experience includes many varieties of mental and behavioral health difficulties, with a focus on overcoming barriers to improve individual functioning.

I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for personality disorders, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. I also utilize mindfulness based therapies.
