My main therapeutic modality is EMDR Therapy where I have received training and ongoing consultation with study in my practice of EMDR. I also take a Cognitive Behavioral Theoretical approach where both the mind and the body are addressed in a holistic manner using evidenced based interventions which have applications for those who suffer from Grief, Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Bipolar, Borderline, and other Personality Disorders.
